With humble beginnings, we started our mission in March 2018 in a small two-room office. Over the last 3 years, we have grown into one of the largest Medical Cannabis Offices in Florida. Our goal has been to provide top notch customer service to all of our patients.

Our Staff is friendly, down to earth and they will do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable during your visit. Our Primary Physician is Timothy Sigman MS MD. Dr. Sigman is an Internal Medicine Physician which has spent the majority of his career focused on all-natural healing, and preventive care. His firm belief in Cannabis’s ability to heal, and his desire to help his patients, has given our office a dynamic that is unmatched.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Timothy Sigman is an Internal Medicine Specialist with 20+ years of experience! He is an active member of the Florida Medical Association and is also a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. With a wealth of experience in several areas, Dr. Sigman has seen the extremes of medicine and everything in between. He began his medical career as a resident in Ireland, which is well known for their practice of Socialized Medicine. From there, Dr. Sigman began to study the most innovative medicine of the 21st century: stem cells. For a few years Dr. Sigman was one of only 10 doctors in the world doing this kind of treatment and was a pioneer in establishing the common practices used today. Dr. Sigman then went on to fully develop several IV Vitamin Treatment protocols, which are still being used today in some of south Florida’s leading wellness clinics. Dr. Sigman is passionate about changing the lives of his patients for the better and is proud of the work he is doing at Treasure Coast Medical!
